{"id":202,"date":"2017-03-23T17:10:58","date_gmt":"2017-03-23T21:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tootsbook.com\/tootsbook\/?p=202"},"modified":"2017-03-23T17:15:50","modified_gmt":"2017-03-23T21:15:50","slug":"jumbo-asset-server-wiped-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tootsbook.com\/tootsbook\/2017\/03\/jumbo-asset-server-wiped-out\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cJumbo\u201d asset server wiped out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The assets server \u2014 the computer that stores the art, music, and other files that don&#8217;t change often for Tootsville.org \u2014 was destroyed in what we assume to be some kind of accident with our hosting service.<\/p>\n<p>All other work (including tonight&#8217;s scheduled messaging system test) will have to be put on hold while we attempt to recover from backups.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, it&#8217;s likely that we&#8217;ll have difficulty rebuilding this and it will delay development, as we don&#8217;t have a current backup of that server.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Note: This affects everything, including the logos on our web sites, background music, the test game server, even some parts of Tootsbook and the Wiki-Wiki may be missing images or icons, sounds, or appear in the wrong typeface.
